Here’s what you need to know about this position: THE WORK - Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, including user setup, permissions, roles, page layouts, and Lightning UI improvements. - Design and implement scalable Flow automations, validation rules, approval processes, and other declarative solutions to streamline business processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with a problem-solving mindset, minimizing business disruption. - Partner with developers and IT to support and improve integrations with SAP and other external systems. - Work with stakeholders and manage work intake and backlog using Jira or a similar ticketing tool. - Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring compliance with governor limits and Salesforce best practices. - Build and maintain dashboards and reports; analytics experience (e.g., Einstein/Tableau CRM) is a major plus. - Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into solution designs. NEEDED EXPERTISE - 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Strong expertise in Flow, automation tools, and declarative development. - Experience with SAP or ERP system integrations preferred. - Proficient in platform fundamentals including data modeling, sharing & security, and platform limits. - Excellent problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot issues across systems. - Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and order of operations. - Strong communication and documentation skills; comfortable working independently. - Experience with Jira and agile environments. - Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin or App Builder preferred. - Analytics experience a strong plus.
