Our DOF is responsible for managing, scheduling, directing and controlling the correct financial and administrative operation of the hotel in accordance with the directives of General Management, Hyatt Corporation and the owners. **Duties include**: - Responsible for the correct and timely preparation of the hotel's financial statements and reports in accordance with local laws and to the policies and procedures established by Hyatt Corporation. - Adapt and implement procedures and policies necessary to comply with local regulations. - Implementing the necessary controls to safeguard the hotel's fixed assets, operating assets and supplies. - Fiscal optimization of the company. - Ensure the accuracy and compliance of the reports submitted. - Prepare the annual budget and perform monthly budget control ensuring proper control of costs and expenses. - Assist with the preparation of the Business Finance Plan ensuring that divisional objectives are in line with the hotel's objectives and employee needs. **Qualifications**: Professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Public Accounting, Management or related areas, with analytical skills, solid knowledge in financial control, financial planning and accounting, communication skills, proactivity, teamwork, leadership, and problem solving skills, Agile thinking. **Languages** English and spanish are required **Experience** 5 years in the position, preferably in the Hotel sector.
