We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of our SaaS platform, working with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve defects. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing test plans, leveraging expertise in Linux, cloud testing, SQL databases, Kubernetes, and Agile Scrum methodologies. What You'll Do Design, develop, and execute manual tests focusing on functionality, performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with development teams to define testing requirements aligned with business goals. Utilize Linux OS and command-line tools for testing and troubleshooting. Participate in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Report and track defects using tools like Jira, DataDog, or Sentry, with detailed bug reports. Work with developers to resolve defects promptly. Maintain testing documentation, including test plans, cases, and scripts. Stay updated on industry trends to improve testing processes. About You 3+ years of experience in SaaS quality engineering, especially in cloud environments. Proficient in writing and maintaining detailed test cases. Strong Linux command-line skills. Experience with Agile Scrum practices. Excellent problem-solving and bug reporting skills. Good time management and organizational skills. Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Appium, Pytest. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail. Nice to Have Knowledge of PCI compliance and security testing. Certification such as ISTQB or CSTE. Experience with payment software products. Knowledge of Kubernetes.
