About the role: We’re currently hiring a Operations & Support Administrator to support our tax and compliance teams behind the scenes. This is a unique hybrid role—part admin support, part process improvement. You’ll help us run a tight ship while also challenging how the ship is built in the first place. Who You Are You're organized, proactive, and love creating order out of chaos. You’re the kind of person who sees a messy folder and reorganizes it before lunch. You love a good SOP, can sniff out inefficiencies, and aren’t afraid to suggest better ways of doing things. You’ve worked in finance-adjacent environments before, but what lights you up is making processes smoother—for people and for systems. You’re not just task-oriented. You care about the why behind what you do, and you're excited to be part of a team that values trust, ownership, and (genuine) collaboration. What You’ll Do Support our compliance team with administrative tasks such as desk audits, CRA requests, and document preparation Research and analyze regulatory requirements and other inquiries raised by the team Maintain and update internal templates, SOPs, and compliance resources to reflect evolving best practices Map out, improve, and document existing workflows and administrative procedures to drive clarity and operational efficiency Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions, including potential automations or tool improvements Assist with reporting and internal data checks using tools like Power BI, Google Sheets, and ClickUp Evaluate and vet new platforms or systems to support informed decision-making and streamline operations Support cross-functional and ad hoc projects, especially during peak periods or as needs arise What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in administrative or operational roles—ideally in finance High attention to detail, especially when managing sensitive or regulated documentation Experience improving systems or processes, such as implementing CRMs, creating templates/SOPs, or eliminating redundant tasks Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Google Drive, and Power BI (or comparable platforms, App Scripts a big plus!)
