Impact on our ecosystem: Our Supervisor will lead a team focused on growing partnered brands in the Restaurant vertical and maintaining optimal operations. You'll contribute to the rapid growth of restaurants across Latin America, working with passionate sales and technology professionals. Responsibilities include: Leadership and decision-making under pressure, proactive negotiation and sales skills. Adaptability to change and effective communication of ideas. Managing commercial responsibilities aligned with company objectives, developing strategies for brand growth, and achieving KPIs. Excellent writing, communication, critical thinking, data analysis, and reporting skills. Requirements: Degree in administration, marketing, or related fields. Minimum 1 year experience in account management, customer service, sales, or similar roles. At least 1 year experience managing teams. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influence skills. Proactive, creative, quick to execute, and capable of seeking help when needed. Agile mindset, data-driven, adaptable to fast-paced startup environments. Enjoy challenges, entrepreneurial spirit, and goal exceeding. Organized with good time management and prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, high proficiency with G-suite. Availability for 48 hours/week and minimum 15 MB internet at home. Desirable: Basic to intermediate English skills. Experience in startups and the restaurant sector.
