**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Collector to join our team at Customer Operation Success S.A.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of successfully collecting outstanding balances from customers. Key Responsibilities: - Collect outstanding balances from customers via phone, email, or mail. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including payments, disputes, and other relevant information. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely payment processing and resolution of any issues that may arise. - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and encourage future business. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, marketing). - At least 3 months of experience in a similar role (e.g. collection agent, customer service representative). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet performance metrics.
