The Role of Technical Support Engineer at Coupa: As a Technical Support Engineer, you will support enterprise customers using our cloud-based platform, working with a dynamic global team to exceed customer expectations and foster success. You will use your technical skills to provide expert guidance on best practices. Key Responsibilities: Respond to 'how-to' technical and application configuration questions from enterprise customers. Assist in troubleshooting first and second-level technical issues. Collaborate with other teams, including Integration, Operations, and Customer Success, to ensure customer success. Manage customer production environments. Create knowledge articles for our knowledge base. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong technical knowledge, including Linux, Unix, and familiarity with other Operating Systems. Interest in learning scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Shell, Python) and understanding web technologies (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML). Ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly and simply.
