Prioritize multiple projects during team planning meetings to optimize resource allocation. Lead and ensure successful delivery of Oracle and other CRM implementation initiatives. Manage teams responsible for application design, development, and support of Oracle-related projects. Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle solution implementations. Hands-on experience delivering Oracle projects using various project management methodologies, with recent experience working in Agile environments. Successfully managed the implementation and enhancement of Oracle applications in alignment with defined business requirements. Skilled in defining business requirements, writing user stories, and contributing to detailed system and functional design efforts; integration experience is a plus. Experience developing and maintaining support documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base content. Background in application support with familiarity in ITIL-based support frameworks. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including facilitation, stakeholder presentations, and negotiation. Consulting Cloud Certification or relevant Oracle certifications are a plus. Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide training and mentorship to technical staff to support their professional growth. Participate in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews to assess candidates' qualification . Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and manage the workflow of project team members to ensure efficiency and quality. Conduct performance evaluations, delivering timely and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and development. Work Environment: The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements.
