**About the Role**: To manage the entire process for the services line in scope. Follow up with the BP / countries for correct and timely deliverables to the Customer. To supervise, train, and guide the team members to execute their tasks. Ensure the alignment with GSC global process and KPI achievents for the Service lines under his/her responsibility. **This is a temporary position.** **Specific Actions**: - Manage, develop, direct and control a team with the objective of delivering the full range of services in order to achieve Service Line targets - Provide functional, analytical, and strategic support to the Center Head in a proactive and timely manner. - Maintain permanent interaction with the BP in order to address on any service adjustment and/or business opportunities. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to support service excellence initiatives (OPEX and Transition full support). - To understand the requirement of the BP / countries documentation and devise guidelines to the teams to ensure compliance. - Analyze existing working procedures and propose improvements to increase efficiencies and added value to the BP - Monitoring through periodic reports to ensure timely closure of jobs resulting in achieving of the KPIs. - Participate in Internal Audit activities to ensure management system is effectively maintained and compliance with global guidelines. - Positively drives the financial impact on the service lines Profit & Loss Account. - Develop IKOs/ KPIs with team members and manage individual performance. - Manage the allocation of appropriate resources to ensure the achievement of the center objectives and target. **Who Can Apply**: - Team Lead, Team Manager, Support team members. **Key Capabilities / Competencies**: - Bachelor’s degree in administration, international business, finance or related fields. - Min 5- 8 Years of relevant experience. Logistics / Back Office experience is must. - Min 3 Years of experience leading teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English and Spanish. - Good business acumen such as: analytical, negotiations, project management skills. - Proven leadership abilities. - Self-Driven and results oriented. **How to Apply**: - Your Immediate manager shall approved it.
