In this role, you will be responsible for leading marketing solutions in partnership with key stakeholders, driving measurable business results, optimizing media strategies, and fostering deep client relationships. You'll play a critical role in bridging internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful and scalable advertising solutions.Responsibilities• Act as a marketing solutions expert for client partners and agency teams• Identify, create, and implement marketing strategies focused on performance and results• Manage internal account operations (troubleshooting, setup, etc. )• Serve as a product consultant, educating partners on Meta product solutions and best practices• Analyze data and insights to optimize campaign strategy and delivery• Build and manage relationships with key client and agency partners• Guide media, creative, and measurement strategies to meet KPIs• Oversee tracking and delivery of campaign performance results• Lead dynamic and complex workstreams across multiple internal teams• Ability to travel internationally up to 25%Requirements• 5+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing or account management• Experience in digital media in LATAM (platform, agency, advertiser, or reseller)• Skilled in aligning global strategy with regional/local execution• Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing datasets• Strong problem-solving and project management skills• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Fluent in Spanish and EnglishPreferred Qualifications• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail industries• Deep knowledge of Meta's advertising solutions and performance products• Understanding of digital media platforms and industry metrics (e.g., Direct Response, Ad-Tech, Creator Economy)• Proficiency in SQL, forecasting analysis, and data-driven decision-making• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical fieldSalary & Benefits• Salary: Based on experience and salary expectations• International exposure and high-impact work• Opportunity to work with a global tech leader in digital marketing• Travel opportunities (up to 25%)Who We AreTalent where you need it, when you need it!SGF Global is a leading specialized talent solutions provider dedicated to connecting highly qualified professionals with opportunities across multiple sectors.
