Responsibilities at Renal Care Services & Vantive Understand and communicate policies, procedures, and contracts related to the care of acute and chronic patients in the IPS of the RTS National Network. Lead operational and quality assessment meetings, and implement continuous improvement plans. Ensure compliance with habilitation requirements (Resolution 2003 of 2014) through monitoring standards and implementing corrective actions. Manage operational, financial, and clinical results, and plan improvement projects to meet corporate objectives. Monitor information related to contracting, medical care, diagnostics, cost definition, resource planning, billing, and collections, providing financial analysis and ensuring timely documentation and regional and central staff compliance. Guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and security of health service data, and ensure activities meet established indicators and standards. Support commercial relationships with clients, insurers, and regulatory bodies, and contribute to sales growth. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or health-related fields, preferably with specialization in management. At least 2 years of experience in administrative leadership, project management, and financial analysis.
