Position Overview We seek a proactive and results-driven individualto join our team as a Lead Generator Specialist. This entry-levelrole is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, networking, andbuilding relationships. Your main focus will be identifying andreaching out to potential sellers through multiple channels tocreate opportunities for our agents. Responsibilities 1. Proactively reach out to property owners via calls, emails, anddirect mail. 2. Research and identify potential sellers based onmarket trends and real estate data. 3. Search the MLS for expiredand withdrawn listings to identify potential sellers and listingappointments. 4. Prospect and target specific areas usingpre-approved messages and scripts to generate listing appointments.5. Build and maintain a database of qualified leads. 6. Work withthe information provided by the Data Analyst to prioritize outreachefforts. 7. Track outreach activity and follow up with potentialsellers regularly. Key Requirements 1. No prior experience isrequired, but sales, real estate, or cold outreach experience is aplus. 2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 3. Comfortable making calls and sending emails daily. 4. Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Goal-orientedmindset with a drive to generate results. 6. English proficiency atB2 or higher: Excellent written and verbal communication skills tointeract professionally with clients, agents, and externalpartners.
