Role Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Shopper Marketing Manager to support our bottler partners and accounts, serving as the marketing resource for the sales team with a deep understanding of unique customer and shopper needs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insight-driven, tailored campaigns and annual marketing plans that meet internal and external objectives while aligning with the brand strategy. - Develop commercial and bottler communication strategies, ensuring consistency in programming across assigned accounts and regions, and leveraging retailer and brand strategies to enhance product launches, promotions, and sampling programs. - Assist in creating annual business plans using category, shopper, and retailer specific data, identifying areas of opportunity and providing market insights and performance data metrics for Monster and strategic brands portfolios. - Lead consumer promotions, managing the full process from planning to fulfillment, and reporting post-promotional performance to optimize future programs based on key performance indicators and return on investment. - Participate in regular shopper marketing and sales team meetings, providing thought leadership on shopper behavior-based decision making and adding value to current customer/shopper marketing processes. - Drive successful eCommerce joint business planning and national programs to retailers in collaboration with digital teams, sales, and bottlers to drive growth across various digitally enabled purchasing platforms. Requirements: - A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus. - Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in Traditional and omni shopper Marketing, Key Account Sales, Wholesalers, Distributors, Field Marketing, and Brand Management in the beverage/packaged goods industry. - Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Beverage market distribution system developing eCommerce plans. - Computer Skills Desired: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). - Preferred Certifications: N/A - Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Analytical thinker with data analytics experience preferred, detail-oriented. - Ability to lead the development of breakthrough creative solutions with general media, digital, and promotion agency partners. - Decisive individual with strong ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally.
