We have designed and manufactured inspection systems utilizing the latest technologies and highly skilled personnel.Position SummaryThe general role of the Project Manager includes managing operational projects, mobilizing resources to oil & gas fields, servicing pipelines, organizing field surveys and verifications, and demobilizing equipment upon project completion. The candidate will lead a project team, producing, executing, and controlling the project budget.Key Responsibilities & AuthoritiesProject Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risk management strategies. Establish clear project objectives and milestones.Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements. Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure resource availability.Budget and Cost Management: Monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets. Implement cost control measures to optimize costs and maximize profitability.Quality Assurance and Control: Establish quality standards and procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits to meet industry and client expectations.Contract Management: Oversee negotiations, administration, and compliance with contractual obligations. Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation. Generate progress reports and performance metrics for stakeholders.Team Leadership and Development: Lead and guide project team members, fostering collaboration. Identify training opportunities to enhance team skills.Commissioning and Handover: Coordinate activities for commissioning and ensure smooth transition to operations, including documentation and training.Customer Management: Maintain effective communication with customers.
