As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for assisting the VP of Development with overall project execution on assigned projects. We have a diverse portfolio of properties across Asia, Central America, and South America. Key Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a field related to real estate development (i.e., engineering, architecture, construction, finance, economics). - Up to 4 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, or a related field. - Strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
