The Service Sales Engineer in Colombia develops and executes key account plans to expand our customer base and market share.Achieve volume and profitability targets.Visit existing customers, advise on preventive or predictive maintenance, and generate sales inquiries.Resolve customer problems or queries.Sell spare parts and services to existing and new customers across industries.Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships at all levels, including senior management.Secure and maintain Performance Agreements with key clients.Provide technical support to customers.Conduct periodic account reviews with customers and the Regional Service Manager.This is achieved by understanding customer needs and identifying new business opportunities, aiming to optimize customer processes through Alfa Laval technologies such as separation, heat transfer, and fluid handling.The customer base includes power plants, refineries, offshore/onshore oil & gas industries, among others with Alfa Laval equipment. Interactions may involve plant managers, project engineers, technical managers, and purchasers.Key Responsibilities:Develop customer segmentation and sales plans for the assigned region and business.Create customer loyalty strategies.Analyze competitive situations.Understand and sell the value proposition of our products and services.Set and negotiate prices following company policies.Contribute to pricing strategies.Build and maintain sales and customer relationships.Monitor competitors' solutions and products.Organize customer seminars and educational programs.Use tools like Installed base, CRM, and IB Dashboard for prospect analysis.Coordinate marketing activities with the Marcom department.Sell new services and upgrade solutions directly to end users.Travel within the territory to meet customers and prospects, ensuring proper introduction of new products.Prepare complex quotes for services, upgrades, and agreements.Maintain up-to-date information in the CRM system.Profile: Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.Skills & Knowledge:Excellent relationship-building skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Passion for learning.Advanced English proficiency.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
