Your ability to speak and write matters. **What you will do** - Inbound calls. Answer the phone and respond to prospects or clients - Outbound calls. Message prospects and book appointments over the phone or via SMS - Other administrative work needed, depending on assignment **What we're looking for** - _Experience. Must have 2+ years of prior sales or customer service experience in the English and Spanish languages_ - Customer-obsession.
