Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities Ensure every project is executed with clarity, precision, and full alignment with business needs, timelines, and success criteria. Develop comprehensive project plans with clearly defined dependencies, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Track progress meticulously and prepare regular reports on status, risks, and adjustments, keeping all stakeholders well-informed. Proactively flag potential issues and resolve them before they impact deliverables; ensure accountability across all contributors. Maintain a high-quality bar for project deliverables by enforcing structure, process discipline, and cross-functional follow-through. Lead productive meetings and working sessions, setting clear objectives, assigning tasks, and confirming next steps in writing. Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and structured to support handoffs and future scaling. Manage team assignments, budget tracking, and vendor coordination with care and transparency. Continuously improve internal frameworks, templates, and processes to support project repeatability and efficiency. Additional responsibilities related to development team management: Coordinate daily stand-ups, waterfall + sprint planning, and retrospectives with development and product teams. Break down requirements into well-defined development tasks; assign, track, and follow through to completion. Keep development timelines tightly aligned with larger project goals, mitigating blockers early and documenting key decisions. Monitor code release cycles and QA checkpoints to ensure smooth deployments and minimal rework. Experience / Skills 4+ years of hands-on experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects—preferably in eCommerce, tech, or consumer brands. Strong proficiency with Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional ticket tracking. Expert-level Asana skills: Able to build structured project plans from scratch, assign tasks, create templates, and maintain team visibility. Strong grasp of Scrum methodologies and Agile principles; able to enforce routines that drive consistent velocity and predictability. Exceptionally strong organizational skills with an eye for details others miss—double-checks, confirms, documents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can bridge technical and non-technical teams with clarity and confidence. A proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges, resolves them efficiently, and keeps the team moving forward. Able to align daily work with big-picture goals and deliver outcomes that contribute to company growth. Nice To Have: Demonstrated experience working with Shopify , including managing storefront changes, apps, and integrations.
