UnifyCX is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our motivated and ambitious team. What Will You Do? As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be a brand ambassador of UnifyCX, reaching out to new prospects and demonstrating how UnifyCX can be a great solution to their problems. In this position, you will: Reach out to prospective customers and set up calls for the sales team. Contact decision makers via outbound phone, email, LinkedIn, video tools, or other channels provided by the company. Have well-defined targets for activity and success. Demonstrate tenacity and persistence to achieve high-level results. Bring ideas and enthusiasm to your daily work. Research prospective customers, reach out to them, and identify sales opportunities. Engage in conversations to show how UnifyCX can help them delight their customers and understand our value proposition. When successful, set up a call with our Sales Executives. Be creative in personalizing outreach for prospects, deliver consistent messaging, and stay persistent to achieve results. Success in this role requires a strong drive for success, self-starting attitude, and celebration of wins. We will provide comprehensive training, tools, marketing materials, and support from our team and leadership. Bring your best every day with passion to help our company grow. Who You Are: To be considered, candidates should have: The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and with upper management. Strong critical thinking and logical analysis skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Practical experience with a CRM is a plus. Education: College degree preferred, or High School Diploma with relevant experience. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm ET.
