We are looking for someone who wants to be an integral part of our team, responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Your main objective will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients, attracting potential clients and arranging appointments for our lawyers and paralegals. Your role will be essential in helping us achieve our goals and expand our market presence. Responsabilities: • Identification of potential clients: Identify potential clients within the target market through various channels. • Contact: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to present services and value proposition to potential clients. • Qualification: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the client's staffing needs, challenges and objectives. • Determine if a true opportunity for representation exists. • Appointment Scheduling: Use persuasive communication skills to arrange high-quality appointments for Attorneys and/or paralegals. • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and appointments in the CRM system. • Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team, share insights, and optimize outreach efforts for maximum impact. • Continuous learning: Keep up to date with market developments and our range of staffing solutions to effectively communicate the company's offerings. • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment setting goals. Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: • Experience working in a position that requires use of at least two Software programs or CRMs. • Minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service. • Must have a high school diploma. • Must enjoy talking on the telephone and have exceptional customer services skills. • Must have strong computer skills with demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office. Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
