Job Description: The candidate will review and analyze monthly operational and administrative costs to identify variances, implement cost control procedures, conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy in cost records, and oversee proper recording and classification of costs. - Cost Evaluation and Management This includes preparing reports on budgeted vs. actual cost variances, identifying root causes, and collaborating on financial forecasting to project future costs based on historical trends and business plans. - Financial Strategy Development The candidate will analyze production and administrative processes, propose and implement strategies for cost reduction, and supervise inventory and material costs, ensuring compliance with valuation standards under US GAAP. - Process Enhancement and Cost Savings Additionally, the candidate will work with other departments to identify cost optimization opportunities across the company and implement controls and procedures to minimize losses and ensure optimal inventory turnover. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting, financial control, or similar roles in companies adhering to US GAAP standards. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks), advanced Excel skills for data analysis. - Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
