Partner with C-level executives to identify and strategize hiring needs for the LATAM market. Map the market for commercial roles effectively. Utilize Insider’s HR tech stack to automate recruitment processes. Engage in social responsibility and campus recruitment projects. Develop and support employer branding activities to attract top talent globally. Use an analytical approach to measure the effectiveness of hiring and retention strategies. Collaborate with the global hiring team and stay updated with HR best practices. Execute recruitment strategies with operational excellence, optimizing quality of hires, time-to-hire, and cost-to-hire, aiming for continuous improvement. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related fields. Experience in SaaS/Tech/Digital recruitment. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; comfortable engaging with diverse cultures across 5 continents & 25+ countries. Confident, vibrant, with a go-getter attitude. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate across backgrounds and functions. Ability to manage ambiguity with professionalism and leadership.
