Job Requisition ID # - 23WD71397 Position Overview The Construction Overlay Team drives sales revenue and market development of focus products, either newly developed or attained through acquisitions, or existing products not yet established within internally defined industry segments and existing sales channels. These can be sold directly to customers, prospects or through business development activities with partners in assigned geographies. You will establish a specific product or product line in the Autodesk portfolio, growing the business within the territory and fulfilling strategic goals of the product line, to achieve yearly financial our goals. This is a hybrid position located in Bogota, Colombia with some work from home opportunities. Travel required up to 50% of the time. You will network with senior internal and external personnel. **Responsibilities**: - Create a business plan which includes target customer segments, resources, and which solves our needs for the defined Territory/Industry segments- Build selling strategies to grow the revenue base and adoption cycle for select product(s) and form relationships with customers/partners, and other internal sales teams- Attend regular customer/partner meetings, events, and training (internal & external)- Provide regular feedback to the product, industry and strategic marketing teams on assigned product(s)- Deliver an accurate monthly & quarterly forecast of product line business in the specified territory- Promote both direct and indirect sales opportunities with internal Autodesk sales teams, and resellers to build opportunity pipeline within the assigned territory- Collaborate with marketing team to run/attend events following company growth strategies, become familiar with sales promotions, and provide guidance on business planning on an ongoing basis- Be a representative of Autodesk and give presentations to client groups- Keep up to date with market trends and new developments using information for business improvement- Use and refine sales collateral provided by technical marketing to develop repeatable sales plays that lead to increased adoption of Autodesk solutions- Determine positioning, identify our requirements, and use relevant forums and associations to increase awareness of assigned product(s)- Perform in-depth assessments of customer processes. Investigate, uncover and understand the customer’s business issues. Utilize knowledge of business trends, technology, and industry changes to identify areas of opportunity for customer process improvement- Capture metrics for quantifying and justifying the customer’s return on investment (ROI) for the purpose of technical closure- Demonstrate proposed solutions & product overviews and relate them to the customer’s business issues. Develop and conduct professional presentations & demonstrations, and lead sales discussions with customers to generate sales of Autodesk solutions- Position and sell Autodesk’s unique business values in competitive sales situations against other vendors. Presentations, demonstrations, and discussions may be in-person, web-based, or via other mechanisms- Influence product development and product direction through customer feedback and identified business opportunities- Develops long term customer relationships and achieves customer satisfaction goals. Maintain and grow respected, trusted advisor relationships with customers and members of the Autodesk sales team involved with the opportunity- Works with sales teams that support both direct sales and reseller sales channels. Partner with sales representatives to assist in the development, management and execution on strategies and tactics for closing business- Support the success of Autodesk resellers by mentoring and training reseller personnel on technical sales activities and execution.
