Learn about BAP Program HERE Who may apply Current university students and recent graduates Responsibilities: Support the regional marketing team across multiple functions focusing on local marketing activations & events, Binance Education & Community Program, and overall project management. Assist in event execution across Latam, including planning, calendarization, processes, and execution. Support the Educational Agenda in Latam by establishing partnerships with regional developer communities, universities, blockchain associations, KOLs, and other audiences, and drive planning and execution. Support the local Community Program by serving as a liaison between Binance Angels and all departments to coordinate and support projects, campaigns, community AMAs, communications, and other tasks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing and Events. Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution, with work experience preferably in crypto exchanges, fintech, eCommerce, tech, or gaming, especially in B2C environments. Experience in event management is preferred. Prior marketing or growth roles at virtual asset exchanges are strongly preferred. Must have a strong interest and knowledge in crypto, blockchain, and technology. Highly organized, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects. Fluency in English and Spanish is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages are an advantage.
