Descripción general Responsible for managing the full onboarding lifecycle from offer acceptance to hire, including compliance, documentation, and candidate engagement. Continuously optimized onboarding processes in collaboration with recruiters to ensure a seamless pre - employment experience. Responsibilities: - Managed end-to-end onboarding process, from verbal offer acceptance through final hiring steps. - Drafted and delivered offer letters, ensuring timely and accurate communication. - Collected candidate documentation and ensured compliance with onboarding requirements.- - Oversaw background check initiation and follow-up to guarantee completion before start date. - Acted as liaison between candidates and recruiters to streamline onboarding coordination. - Maintained consistent candidate engagement, providing guidance and reminders on pre-start tasks. - Identified opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and enhance the new hire experience. This position offers a 6-month fixed-term contract for a specific project (obra y labor), with the possibility of extension to one year. The monthly salary is $3,500,000 COP. Requirements: - 1+ years of Experience in Onboarding Processes. - B2+ English proficiency. - Experience in managing First Advantage Software. - Prior HR knowledge or experience a plus. - Detailed oriented. - Proactive professional.
