Location : Must be in Colombia - Remote Environment : Colombian and International Teams Language : Advanced English Non-fixed Term Contract. Experience : 2+ years. About the role: The mission of this Outbound SDR is to convert a provided list of leads into qualified Discovery Calls for the sales team. This role does not involve prospect sourcing; instead, the focus is on consistently executing targeted outreach to engage decision-makers and generate top-of-funnel opportunities, leveraging proven messaging, tools, and processes. Responsibilities: Execute high-volume outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to provided leads. Book qualified Discovery Calls for the sales team based on provided criteria. Use pre-built messaging frameworks and tech stack to manage follow-up sequences. Maintain clean activity records in CRM or sales engagement tools. Deliver daily/weekly activity metrics (calls made, emails sent, meetings booked) . Learn and communicate our value prop clearly and succinctly on first contact. Test, iterate, and optimize outreach tactics based on results.
