The incumbent will be responsible for creating a positive brand image, developing key customer relationships, delivering accurate sales forecasts, and identifying prospective business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves strategic planning, territory leadership, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy or a related discipline. Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in orthopedic product sales with a demonstrable record of consistent performance. Stable career history with average tenure exceeding three years per organization. Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language. Proficient in organizing and executing initiatives such as RTMs (Round Table Meetings), CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and clinical product evaluations. Well-versed with the orthopedic market and medical professionals, particularly with experience related to Hyaluronic Acid injections. Hands-on experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce or SAP. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory and overall region. Plan and execute customer visits in line with the call strategy. Implement promotional activities to drive business opportunities and increase brand visibility. Assess and introduce innovative sales techniques to enhance market penetration. Develop and recommend regional sales strategies and programs with both short and long-term goals. Marketing: Identify, develop, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and brand advocates. Plan and execute marketing initiatives including CMEs, RTMs, DGMs, participation in congresses, and orthopedic training workshops. Compliance & Training: Collect Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) feedback and ensure timely submission. Attend periodic review meetings, product training sessions, and sales workshops as required. Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely reporting in Salesforce on a daily basis. Gather and communicate market intelligence and competitor activities to the reporting manager.
