Develop Strategic Partnerships We're seeking a driven, self-motivated sales-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Director of Business Development in Tenerife, Spain. As a Business Development Director, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This role will focus on driving new business opportunities and achieving sales targets while maintaining relationships with key decision-makers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: 1. Client Management: Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at targeted accounts. 3. Understand the decision-making process of major sponsors. 4. Share proposal/contract details, client meetings, and updates within the company. 5. Develop relationships with leads or prospects to generate RFPs. 6. Organize client meetings and congresses as needed. 7. Establish and maintain contacts with operational departments. Candidate Requirements: - Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus. - University degree in Natural Sciences, Medicine, Business, or comparable experience. - At least 3 years of sales experience, self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. - Strong presentation and writing skills.
