Key Responsibilities: - Develop strong relationships with counterparts in regional teams across Europe, U.S., Asia. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing local social team, fostering a culture of growth, excellence, and continuous improvement. - Oversee quality of work delivered to regional teams, ensuring consistent adherence to high standards and best practices. - Act as primary point of escalation for the team, taking ownership of challenges and driving effective resolutions. - Provide career development guidance and coaching to direct reports, fostering individual growth and progression. - Contribute to capacity planning and resource management for the team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and workload balancing. - Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization, promoting transparency and collaboration. - Contribute to development and implementation of paid social media strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Fluency in English. - Minimum 6 years experience in paid media execution. - Proven experience managing multi-location media activation teams. - Demonstrated ability to train teams and maintain quality standards at scale. - Experience providing centralized service to local teams. - Deep expertise in Paid Social media strategy and execution. - A passion for digital marketing, with strong understanding of online advertising industry trends. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and/or Project Management tools, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
