SUMMARY: This position is responsible forleading contract compliance audits of cost plus Constructioncontracts for the development and construction of industrialfacilities. Assignments would include audits of both completedprojects and projects in-progress. This position will draw on avariety of skills you have developed and experience you have gainedin your career. Knowledge of and experience in construction (audit,project controls and/or estimating), accounting (financial andcost), audit and data mining skills and techniques are required. Additionally, excellent interpersonal, communication andpresentation skills are needed to be successful. WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONREQUIREMENTS: 1. An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance,Business, or other closely related field required. 2. 2-3 yearsaudit experience (internal, compliance, operational) is required.3. Construction, project controls or estimating experience orsimilar industry experience is required. 4. Strong DataSkills/Aptitude required. Intermediate to advanced experience usingExcel and/or Access to effectively manipulate multiple large datasets to provide necessary analytical results for evaluation. 5. Solid Knowledge of accounting principles, including such conceptsas cost accounting and allocations, overhead, manufacturing costs,general ledger and financial statements. 6. Has financial businessacumen, with exposure to payroll; insurance; employee benefits;internal controls; common business practices and contract language.7. Background in understanding and assessing operational processesand internal controls, including identifying breakdown andopportunities and defining practical recommendations forimprovement. 8. Excellent business report writing skills. 9. Procurement and/or contracts experience a plus. PERSONALATTRIBUTES: 1. Excellent English Speaking and Writing skills. 2.
