Job Description We are looking for an intelligent and customer-focused NOC Engineer to join our exciting new team. Here’s an overview of your future role: Employment type: Indefinite term contract Shift: Rotative Work setup: Remote/Work from Home What do you need to succeed? Must have English proficiency at Level C1-C2 Education in network engineering or a related field required Availability for 24/7 rotating shift coverage and on-call support as necessary is required Background as an experienced Support Engineer (tier 1-2), IT System Administrator, or in NOC or Network Operations Engineering roles within web/network/information security companies is required Strong oral and written communication skills are required Proficiency in computer skills, with an emphasis on Networking, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and proxy servers Experience with ISP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, HTTP/HTTPS Ability to read applicative system logs and search for relevant root causes of issues Strong troubleshooting abilities and a passion for delving into complex technical problems in real production environments Experience working with Cloud and SaaS (Software as a Service) technology providers Familiarity with network and security protocols and standards Adaptability and efficiency in a rapidly changing dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects Effective performance and thriving in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate with a globally dispersed, cross-cultural team Tech Stack: General networking knowledge, including: MTR Wireshark troubleshooting TCP/IP CISCO Fortigate What awaits you in this role?
