The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between design teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing BIM projects, including model coordination, data management, and visualization. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. - Main Responsibilities: - To develop and implement BIM models that integrate multidisciplinary information, facilitating decision-making and conflict resolution. - To coordinate with construction contractors, designers, and engineers to ensure BIM-related requirements are met. - To review and manage BIM deliverables, ensuring compliance with established standards and best practices. - To participate in regular meetings with project stakeholders, providing updates and feedback. - To maintain accurate records and reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. - Proficiency in AEC collections, such as Navisworks Manage, Revit, and Civil 3D. - Experience working with BIM360 or ACC is preferred. - Fluency in English and Spanish, with advanced level of proficiency.
