Responsibilities: Develop and execute content strategies aligned with our brand and marketing goals across multiple platforms. Design and produce digital assets, including visuals, graphics, and interactive elements, that enhance user engagement and deliver a cohesive brand experience. Design and produce offline assets, including packaging, pop material and merchandise. Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and UX teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Develop copy and visual content for digital ads, social media, website updates, and email campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices to improve content quality and effectiveness. Manage website content, ensuring accurate and current information. Maintain asset libraries and adhere to design systems to ensure efficiency and consistency across all channels. KPIs Content Engagement Rates Increase in Organic Traffic & Website Engagement Consistency and Adherence to Brand Guidelines Feedback from Cross-functional Teams Qualifications: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of user experience principles and their application in digital content. Demonstrated experience creating content strategies for multi-channel campaigns. Proficiency in both visual design and copywriting, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Familiarity with content management systems and design systems. Strong understanding of brand consistency and the importance of maintaining a cohesive digital presence.
