Title and Summary Analyst, Billing Operations Overview We are the global technology company behind the world's fastest payment processing network. Role - Partner cooperatively in a team environment to support the evolution of a wide array of programs across Mastercard business. - Liaise with the global customer base to identify opportunities to improve current programs and develop an understanding of customer needs. - Support larger team functions related to ensuring customer compliance with Mastercard standards. - Work with analytic insights and tools to facilitate compliance, investigative, and reporting initiatives. - Perform project management duties, creating and documenting processes, developing timelines, managing compliance cases, and supporting risk mitigation for our third parties. - Communicate across key stakeholders to put into place action plans to address vulnerabilities and weaknesses. - Interface with internal customers to effectively communicate and educate them on program rules, procedures, and best practices. - Perform desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting. - Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required, and provide cross-functional support as needed. All About You/Experience - You must hold a Business or Finance degree. - You have analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. - You are a strategic thinker who can derive and translate data analytics to meet business goals. - You possess sound written and verbal communication skills. - You have project management skills, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. - You can work independently to develop and map out solutions. - You can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results. - You have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, with programming and coding skills being a plus. - You have experience with Tableau, Domo, or similar BI tools. - You have an understanding of risk management disciplines.
