Call inbound leads and help guide them through the sales process. Manage our CRM and keep all sales activities updated and organized. Collaborate with the leadership team to improve commercial strategies. Own your pipeline and follow up consistently to close opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Fluent English (near-native or C1/C2 level). Previous experience in call centers, sales, or customer service roles. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Fast learner, proactive, and hungry for growth. Comfortable working remotely and independently. Nice to Have (But Not Required): Experience using CRMs like HubSpot or Pipedrive. Background in B2B sales or agency environments. Understanding of how startups and digital businesses work.
