Tech Support Engineer CUCM About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Engineer with expertise in SBC platforms, particularly Oracle ACME and Ribbon. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical skills on deploying, configuring, upgrading, and operating Oracle ACME and Ribbon SBC Suite. Key Responsibilities: - Expertise in Oracle ACME Session Border Controller (SBC), Session Delivery Manager (SDM) and Enterprise Operations Manager (EOM), Ribbon SBC and Ribbon Analytics Platform - Deploy and Configure Oracle ACME SBC and Ribbon SBC products - Handling Day 2 Operational tasks related to Oracle ACME SBC and Ribbon SBC products - Troubleshooting integration issues between SBC and other SIP Stacks like Cisco CVP, Call Manager and Phones - SIP trunking configuration, troubleshooting, and call flow analysis - Perform health checks on ACME SBC and Ribbon SBC solutions during troubleshooting or changes to detect problems - Deep understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP) - Working with Service Providers and Partners to troubleshoot SIP Trunk issues between SBC and ITSP - Knowledge of security policies and NAT/firewall traversal - Hands-on experience with CLI and GUI management of SBC platforms What We Offer: - Hybrid work model and long-term contract - Pre-paid Medicine - Connectivity bonus - Life insurance and funeral services - Dental insurance - Special Occasion Vouchers - Career growth opportunities About Capgemini: Capgemini is a global leader in engineering services, bringing together a team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help innovative companies unlock their potential.
