Required Skills and Qualifications - Student or professional background in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields (desired). - Intermediate level of English proficiency. - Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in high-quality hotels or restaurants. - Proven track record of managing resources and staff effectively. - Knowledge of service protocols and etiquette standards. - Experience working with kitchen equipment and inventory management. - Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation to support during peak periods. - Advanced skills in POS systems and management tools.
