Support the Education Reforms in Armenia We are seeking a consultant to support the MoESCS National PISA Analysis Team in Yerevan, Armenia. - Job Description: The consultant will work closely with the National Analysis Team and OECD experts to analyze PISA data, draft national reports, and mobilize knowledge and dissemination of PISA results. - Required Skills and Qualifications: - An advanced university degree in education, psychology, social sciences, economics or a related field. - Proven experience of managing large data sets and analyzing education data. - Proven experience of report writing. - Experience using statistical analysis software such as Mplus, R, STATA, SPSS or SAS. - Proven experience in public policy analysis in an academic setting, an international or national agency or research institute. - Benefits: UNICEF offers a competitive compensation package, excellent opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive work environment.
