We're looking for a dedicated accountant with RLM (Retail Lifecycle Management) and e-commerce experience to join our team on a specialized project. What You'll Do Own the full accounting workflow for a high-volume retail and e-commerce business. Reconcile data across platforms, including RLM, e-commerce storefronts, and accounting software. Manage AP/AR, inventory accounting, and sales data consolidation. Support journal entries, month-end close processes, and financial reporting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial data integrity and accuracy. Use tools like SaaSAnt for bulk data imports and transaction syncing (e.g., into QuickBooks) Requirements What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in retail, fashion, or consumer goods. Hands-on experience with RLM (Retail Lifecycle Management) - required. Strong understanding of e-commerce accounting workflows, including multi-channel sales, inventory, and revenue recognition. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online. Experience using SaaSAnt or similar tools. Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and solution-oriented thinking. Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously. Nice to Have Experience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or other DTC sales channels. Prior work with fashion or apparel companies.
