Purpose: As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruitment for the Technical Operations and Risk function in LATAM. You will lead all aspects of delivery, execution, and assessment of talent that will provide J&J; with a competitive advantage. You will translate talent strategies into talent acquisition results including recruitment, talent pipeline cultivation, and optimizing the candidate and hiring manager experience. You will stay connected to the talent community, acting as an external ambassador via social media and/or attendance of industry-specific events. You will connect across the function to maintain a deep knowledge of the business while maintaining ongoing relationships with aligned business partners. You will be responsible for: 1. Serving as a strategic recruiter / talent advisor by establishing collaborative relationships with hiring leaders, providing recommendations and talent insights using technical acumen, market knowledge, and a strong network. 2. Promoting agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach. 6. Using business data, technology, and operational metrics to recommend candidates to hiring managers and attract passive and active talent. 7. Understanding internal talent availability and external trends to influence talent strategies. 8. Collaborating on the development of the Talent Sourcing plan with Talent Intelligence. 9. Utilizing digital platforms to develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships. 10. Collaborating across the Technical Operations and Risk community and with business leaders, with potential support across LATAM enterprise functions. Qualifications / Requirements: 1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. 2. At least 4 years of HR/Recruiting experience in corporate or agency recruiting. 3. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. 4. Intermediate proficiency in Portuguese is strongly preferred. 5. Experience providing strategic market insights and TA excellence based on data, translating insights into talent pipeline development. 6. Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective partnership and solution shaping. 7. Ability to assess, hire, develop, and mentor talent to develop a high-performing pipeline. 8. Ability to work in an agile environment, balancing multiple projects and operational activities. 9. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. 10.
