We are seeking a full-time Inbound Support & Reconciliation Specialist to work alongside our US-based Merchant Operations team. This role will support our eCommerce websites and other warehouse channels. Responsibilities : Creating digital packing slips in our warehouse management system Solve Stocking PO tickets as assigned Send email communication to vendors as needed. Make outbound phone calls to vendors as needed. Automotive interest or knowledge is plus. You will be working with automotive products and reviewing the condition of the product. We are a technology-focused team and our processes run through cloud-based applications and are fully accessible through remote access. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and has a high level of attention to detail Ability to learn and follow processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Active listener and good team collaborator. Basic Microsoft Excel skills PC proficient Prior inbound/outbound phone call experience preferred Not required, but a plus: Knowledge of automotive parts Technical Requirements: The ability to attend daily virtual meetings with our US-based team with video and audio capability.
