In this multifaceted role, you’ll collaborate across teams to bring design visions to life—creating engaging content for web, video, mobile applications, and social platforms. You will contribute directly to shaping the visual language of digital experiences while maintaining brand consistency and usability across various formats. This role is ideal for a digitally fluent designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about user-centered design, and enjoys transforming complex ideas into sleek, intuitive visuals. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, where innovation, creativity, and design thinking are at the forefront. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create compelling visual assets for both digital and print, including brochures, social media graphics, web banners, and product collateral. Contribute to the design and layout of user interfaces for websites and mobile applications using Figma —a core tool in your workflow. Develop multimedia and motion content for digital platforms; basic video editing skills are highly valued. Collaborate with developers, marketers, and UX/UI specialists to deliver visually consistent, intuitive experiences. Maintain organized file systems, meet deadlines, and actively participate in team feedback loops and project updates. Prepare high-fidelity designs for print, ensuring alignment with vendor requirements and production standards. Contribute to visual storytelling that supports marketing strategies, brand positioning, and digital product launches. REQUIREMENTS: 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, in an agency or fast-paced creative environment. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with After Effects is a plus. Expert in Figma —this is a must-have. Experience in designing layouts for websites, applications, or digital products. Understanding of branding, visual identity systems, UX/UI best practices, and CMS environments. Experience creating assets for both web and print production, with technical know-how to prepare files across platforms. Intermediate to advanced English level (B2–C1) to interpret creative briefs and communicate with cross-functional, international teams.
