The OpportunityWe seek qualified candidates for Senior and/or Assistant Managerroles in our Strategy & Transaction (SaT) practice, focusing onrestructuring, liquidation, insolvency, and valuations forfinancial services clients. Your Key Responsibilities 1.Participate in restructuring, liquidation, insolvency, and/orvaluations engagements under supervision, helping define engagementscope. 2. Prepare analysis and reports for clients and otherparties, and assist in presenting findings. 3. Work effectively aspart of a team, sharing responsibilities, providing support, andupdating senior team members on progress. Skills and Attributes forSuccess 1. Collaborate with team members to plan engagements,develop timelines, budgets, and work programs. 2. Demonstratestrong project management skills, inspire teamwork, and utilizecurrent technology to enhance deliverables. Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or relatedfield; equivalent professional training considered. - Senior: atleast 2 years of relevant experience; Assistant Manager: at least 5years. - Strong communication, organization, project management,and critical thinking skills. - Integrity and professionalism.Preferred Qualifications - Professional certification such as CPA,insolvency qualification, ASA, AM, CBV, CFA, or similar. -Commercial acumen and industry awareness. - Experience withdistressed businesses and market issues in financial services. -Experience on complex project teams.
