Salary: COP1,000,000.00/mo - COP5,000,000.00/mo The School of Arts and Humanities and the Innovation Directorate of Universidad EAFIT are seeking professionals with proven experience in pedagogical accompaniment to teachers and students in official educational institutions at a national level. Preferably, candidates should have experience in public contexts or with an emphasis on equity. The professional will stimulate interest, develop skills and competencies in students in science, technology, and innovation, improve the quality and relevance of education in these fields, and contribute to the comprehensive training of students to meet the social, economic, environmental, and sustainable development needs of the country. Main Functions: Provide weekly on-site support to 1-5 assigned educational institutions, with at least one visit per week. Build an institutional management team that leads, supports, and actively participates in project activities. Characterize the institutions and involved stakeholders, leading the diagnosis of institutional progress through baseline tools and proposing tailored consolidation routes. Present the project clearly to directors and teachers, ensuring understanding of objectives, activities, and requirements. Conduct contextualized training processes within the institutions, aimed at defined audiences and following pedagogical and technical guidelines. Facilitate and coordinate the implementation of pedagogical routes with teachers and students, ensuring adherence to plans. Promote the organization of student teams (up to 40 per institution) to develop research projects and solve territorial problems, guiding from challenge identification to community presentation. Collaborate with PTAFI 3.0 tutors to ensure proper strategy implementation. Implement social appropriation strategies, coordinating participation in challenges, camps, regional meetings, and socialization events. Manage materials and prototypes, ensuring their relevance and proper use. Collect, document, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data on progress, evidence, learning, achievements, and results, integrating with monitoring and evaluation processes. Strengthen scientific capacity in educational communities, promoting participation and dialogue among students, teachers, families, and social leaders. Coordinate strategies with the school’s PEI, PEC, or PECR to ensure territorial relevance. Foster interdisciplinary and inter-institutional work, coordinating actors and resources for sustainability. Develop and present schedules, work plans, and technical reports, ensuring proper management of documents and evidences.
