Job summary As a Salesforce Developer, you'll be working with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be on streamlining Lead pipelines and integrating Salesforce with third-party systems to create seamless experiences. Responsibilities - Maintain integrations with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and lead ingestion platforms such as Blend & Active Prospect . - Perform routine administrative tasks in Salesforce, including user management, data processing, and workflow automation . - Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and automation . - Develop and implement new Salesforce features to enhance business operations. - Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and internal applications. - Build and maintain data reporting and dashboards for Sales enablement. - Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing solutions. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and platform capabilities . - Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations. - Salesforce Developer certifications (Platform Developer I or II) are a plus. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills . - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment .
