Requirements Must have: • Monitoring of Windows and Linux OS environments • Basic SAP system monitoring and alert interpretation • Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket documentation • Understanding of job scheduling tools (e.g., Redwood, Control-M, cron) • Basic troubleshooting using predefined run books • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) • High sense of urgency and proactiveness • Strong teamwork and collaboration • Good English communication skills • Customer care orientation • Attention to detail and responsibility in task execution Nice to have: • Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for log and alert checks • Exposure to cloud monitoring (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor) • Knowledge of ITSM processes and incident management • Familiarity with application logs and performance metrics Responsibilities • 24x7 monitoring of infrastructure, applications, and scheduled jobs • Detect and triage alerts; initiate runbook-based actions • Document and update incidents accurately in ServiceNow • Escalate issues following incident handling procedures • Collaborate with peers and communicate effectively with support teams Required Languages English Upper Intermediate 51–79% Location Colombia – Bogotá (Hybrid)
