Responsibilities and more: We are hiring a strategic and hands-on Head of Analytics for a global company to lead and develop a high-performing team of junior analysts. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CEO—an experienced industry leader—and a consulting Senior Analyst during a transitional knowledge transfer phase to: Establish best practices for data-driven decision-making. Shape the future of our analytics function during a critical phase of growth. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO to align company strategy with analyst performance. Accelerate through the learning curve to master industry-specific knowledge and operational frameworks. Progressively assume comprehensive managerial authority, demonstrating leadership maturity and decision-making autonomy. Guide team members through organizational transitions while maintaining operational continuity. Co-author and validate comprehensive project plans, staffing strategies, and technical documentation. Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow efficiency. Serve as the critical bridge between the CEO's vision and team execution—anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and driving alignment. Who You Are: Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred). At least two years in similar roles. Fluent in English (B2+). Please submit your resume in English.
