Base pay range $12,000.00/yr - $13,000.00/yr We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Tier 2 IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment, can independently manage technical projects, and communicates clearly with clients to ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met. Responsibilities
Own and execute technical project outlines from start to finish Provide Tier 2 support for Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows 10/11 endpoints Configure and manage Intune for device enrollment and compliance Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations, provide updates, and confirm task completion Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets from Tier 1 support Document all work in our PSA (Halo) and RMM (NinjaRMM) systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management Assist with API integrations and custom workflows where applicable
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a Tier 2 or equivalent IT support role Strong expertise in Windows Server administration Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure setup and management Proficient in Windows 10/11 endpoint support Hands-on experience with Intune device management Familiarity with ticketing systems (Halo preferred) and RMM tools (NinjaRMM preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and basic API concepts Previous experience in an MSP or client-facing IT services environment Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or similar Exposure to project management tools and methodologies
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST
