Requirements - 7–12 years of professional software development experience. - Strong experience with C#/.NET and .NET Core. - Hands-on experience with Web APIs and serverless deployments. - Solid understanding of front-end technologies (React, Angular, or similar). - At least 6 months leading other engineers (tech lead, mentor, etc.). - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to perform under pressure in live coding environments (e.g., 45-min LeetCode-style challenge). - B.S. in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Technical interview: - Candidates will participate in a live technical coding test (45 minutes) with two Hiring Managers. - The session will include 2 LeetCode-style questions focused on algorithms and data structures. - You will be evaluated on: - Code correctness and efficiency. - Clarity of thought and problem-solving. - Communication skills. - Leadership and collaboration approach.
