As aUI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user behaviors, creating user-centric designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver visually appealing and engaging digital products. Your role will involve translating user needs and business goals into innovative design concepts that enhance user satisfaction and product usability. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing mobile app designs Knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools, along with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or ProtoPie. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, mobile touch-based interactions, and responsive frameworks. Expertise in translating user needs and business goals into design solutions that are both functional and visually engaging. Familiarity with conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to refine designs. Solid grasp of typography, color theory, iconography, layout principles, and visual hierarchies to create polished designs. Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility guidelines to ensure inclusive design, as well as familiarity with mobile-specific design challenges, including gesture-based navigation and screen-size adaptability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present designs and articulate ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Nice to have: Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams, as well as Agile tools like Trello and Jira. Familiarity with motion design and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie). Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar to inform design decisions based on user behavior. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and key stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into compelling digital experiences. Design visually compelling and easy-to-navigate interfaces optimized for mobile platforms on iOS and Android. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Elicit and incorporate user feedback into design iterations to optimize the usability and overall aesthetic of digital products. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Partner directly with users, designers, and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine designs to perfection. Support and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure design consistency across all platforms. Ensure designs are fully responsive and accessible across a variety of devices and platforms, adhering to UI/UX best practices and WCAG accessibility standards. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design deliverables. Stay on top of the latest mobile design trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve.
